Kadambidi is a village where middle class people are lived. Srishti arts and sports club which established on september 2002 has been always stood in the forefront for the development of the rural people residing in and around of kadambidi. The youth organization plays an important role in educating the rural people and also cultivating talents in arts and sports among them. To improve the social and cultural attitude of the people various programmes were organized. Around 2 newspapers, four weekly's and three monthly and more over 1200 books are availble for the general public in the club office. Also we have publised a quarterly magazine named "srishti" which indicate the details of the said club.

To make smooth the working, a Sports club, Arts Club, Social wing for helping others, dreams land nature club for enviornment proteoction and balavedhi for children has been function under the youth club.

It is appreciable that the working of our club last five years. Now a days youth clubs are encountering many financial problems, communal problems, non co-operation of youths, lack of leadership, political problems etc. But our youth club has overcome all such problems and is going to celebrate its sixth birthday with pride.

Focusing on the improvement in the live standards of the people living in the sorrounding, a number of programmes such as awarness, seminars on different topics, different competitions to improve the general awarness of students, heath awareness among public important days and week celebrations, vocational training course, summer holiday study co-inhere camp and several arts and sports programmes with assistance and support of government and non-government agencies are organised.
